What does FTO mean?
FTO stands for Fair Trade Organic. This means that all actors in the supply chain are held to rigorous fair trade standards, which drive income sustainability, community and individual well-being, empowerment, and environmental stewardship. They include requirements around worker’s rights, fair labor practices, and responsible land management. These standards ensure that goods are made with care to people and planet.
We endeavour to ensure that all of our products meet these standards, not only our designated FTO Blend.

FAQ's
FAQ's
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
Coffee remains at its peak quality for 7 to 40 days from the roast date. After that, it gradually loses its freshness and may result in a less vibrant cup..
Can I order ground coffee?
Certainly! During your order, you can choose to have your coffee pre-ground for various brewing methods. However, we recommend using a grinder for the freshest experience. Explore our grinder options on our equipment page.
What is the difference between a blend and a single-origin?
A blend combines coffees from different regions to balance and enhance flavour profiles. Single-origin coffee, on the other hand, comes from a single farm, offering a distinct and unique taste.
Is coffee seasonal?
Yes, coffee availability varies by region and season. Our House Blend remains consistent, while our single-origin options change throughout the year. Keep an eye out for new additions to our selection.
What is the best way to store my coffee?
To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry place, like a pantry. While our packaging includes a one-way valve, long-term storage is best in airtight containers.
Can I pick up my coffee order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our Melbourne HQ at 57-59 Stephenson st, Cremorne VIC 3121, during business hours.
Simply select the pick up option when on the check out page.
